Sten+Barr Medical, Inc. Acquires Alliance Medical, Inc. 

(Tampa, FL, February 15, 2006) – Sten+Barr Medical, Inc., a leading provider of wound care and bariatric care solutions, today announced that it acquired Alliance Medical Inc. (“AMI”) of New Orleans, LA.  AMI was previously a Sten+Barr Network Solutions Dealer and distributed Sten+Barr support surfaces and bariatric equipment in four Southeastern states.  The three AMI facilities added by the acquisition brings the Sten+Barr company owned service center total to 30 nationwide.
