Sten+Barr Medical, Inc. Names Cole as President 

(Tampa, FL, April 17, 2006) – Sten+Barr Medical, a leading provider of wound care and bariatric care solutions, has named Micheal Cole as President.  Previously, Cole had served as Managing Director and Partner of Kendrick Pierce & Company, a NASD broker/dealer specializing in investment banking for life sciences companies and financial institutions.  He has also held a variety of senior management positions for investment banking firms such as Raymond James & Associates and Chamberlain Funding Group, as well as with healthcare companies including Kendall, Air Products & Chemicals, and Concept, Inc.
